We are saddened by the loss of many classmates over the years, most recently Donald Wagner (September 12, 2012) and Victoria Nowacki Florek (September 22, 2012). Our heartfelt sympathy is with their families.

Don spearheaded planning for our 40-year, 45-year, and 50-year class reunion weekends and worked tirelessly to locate classmates living across the country. He created and maintained the original class website since 2002, made the reunion weekend arrangements, and hosted the Friday evening picnics at his home. Plans for our 50-year reunion were well underway when Don died suddenly.

Vicki also was active in planning our 40-year and 45-year reunions. She assisted Don with local arrangements, decorated the rooms where our class dinners were held, and set up displays of class memorabilia for all to enjoy. Illness prevented Vicki’s work on the reunion committee in recent months, but she cheered us on.

Their efforts, enthusiasm, and spirit of hospitality brought us together.
